What does CMO mean?
CMO stands for compact manual override. The motor head accepts a crank, so you can open or close the awning by hand during a power outage. This site carries the Somfy CMO Awning Override Shaft, 100mm with Geiger eye (9707287).

How do I connect power?

Can I run the awning from an app?
Yes. The Somfy TaHoma Switch hub (1871037) controls RTS motors from a phone app and supports schedules and voice assistants. RTS is one-way radio, so the app sends commands without reading back the awning's position.
