Where we ship
We ship from our location in Kentucky to all 50 US states, and internationally to 27 countries. Motorized drapery track is the one exception and ships within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday are processed on the next business day.
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Transit time is the carrier's, and it starts after dispatch rather than at the moment you order. Remote and rural addresses can run longer.
Motorized drapery track
Made-to-length Somfy Glydea and Irismo track is quoted differently, because a track is not a parcel-shaped item and its cost depends on how it is packed rather than on where it is going.
Delivery for track is chosen inside the drapery track builder and appears as a line in your build total:
- Spliced sections, $150. The track ships in sections and is joined on site with a rail joint. Available from 9 ft up.
- Fully assembled, $350. The track ships in one piece, ready to mount. Required under 8 ft, optional up to 16 ft.
Over 16 ft, track ships spliced. Because the delivery cost is already in your build total, no separate shipping charge is added at checkout for the track itself.
Motorized drapery track is not available for international delivery.
International
We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

How international orders travel
Our suppliers cannot ship outside the United States directly. International orders are consolidated at our US location first, then reshipped by us using USPS International. This adds a few days at the start, and it is why our international rates are flat rather than live carrier quotes.
Import duties and taxes
The rates above cover carriage only. Any import duties, customs charges, VAT or handling fees levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are payable on delivery, not to us. Amounts vary by country and by what you order, and we cannot calculate or prepay them.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, any return carriage and fees are deducted from the refund.
Rates shown at checkout are the ones that apply
Everything above is the current structure, but checkout calculates from your live cart and destination. Where this page and checkout ever disagree, checkout is correct.
