Somfy builds a separate motor line for rolling shutters, and this is it. The Somfy Oximo RTS 525A2 (1033402) carries 25 Nm at 20 rpm on the LT50 platform, with an RTS receiver inside the tube and a star head that seats in standard LT50 hardware.

Legacy reference 1033035 points at the same motor

Somfy carried this motor under 1033035 before renumbering it to 1033402. Both numbers describe the same Oximo RTS 525A2.

The older number still circulates. A shutter installed six or eight years ago carries it on the label, distributors list it on legacy pages, and a service quote written from that paperwork will show it. Order against either reference and the motor arriving is the same one.

Note the number when you service a unit. A shutter box opened in ten years is easier for the next technician when the current reference is written inside the head.

Three wires and a shutter box

The receiver sits inside the motor, so the run to the box carries line, neutral, and ground. Nothing else.

Brackets for the star head
