Common questions
What comes with this DecoFlex 3 Channel switch?
You get the DecoFlex WireFree RTS 3 Channel wall switch (1811071) in white, fitted with custom printed channel buttons in place of stick-on labels. It controls up to 3 Somfy RTS products or 3 groups.
What do the buttons do?
Each channel gives you Up, Down, Stop and the Somfy My favorite position. The printed buttons name each channel, so anyone in the room can tell which shade or group a button moves.
Does it need wiring or an electrician?
No. A lithium coin cell powers the switch, and the cell is included. Mount it beside an existing light switch or on its own with the included bracket and Decora-style plate.
Which Somfy motors does it work with?
It pairs with any Somfy RTS motor or RTS receiver on 433.420 MHz, across interior shades, blinds, draperies, awnings, pergolas and rolling shutters. Somfy backs the switch with a 5-year warranty.
Can I add it to shades that already have a remote?
Yes. Each RTS motor stores up to 12 transmitters, so this switch can share a shade with Situo or Telis remotes. For labels on other DecoFlex switches, DecoFlex Replacement Buttons come plain or custom engraved.
