Somfy RTS Repeater -- extends RTS range across large rooms and long runs
The Somfy RTS Repeater receives the signal from an RTS control such as a Situo, Telis or DecoFlex keypad and retransmits it to any RTS motor or receiver within its range. It plugs into a standard 120V AC outlet, requires no programming, and performs best placed about halfway between the transmitter and the motor. A red LED blinks to confirm it is passing traffic. Somfy allows a maximum of two repeaters per network, which covers most large rooms, deep floor plates and long exterior runs where a single transmitter falls short.

What does the Somfy RTS Repeater do?
Part 1810791 extends the range of an RTS system. It picks up the signal from a Somfy RTS control and passes it on to RTS motors and receivers further away. It helps in large rooms, deep floor plans and long exterior runs, and Somfy backs it with a 5-year warranty.
How is it powered?
It plugs into any 120V AC outlet, so there is no wiring to run and no electrician to hire. Somfy lists the power input as 120V/60Hz, and the unit comes in a Pure white finish.
Where should I place the repeater?
Somfy says to place it about halfway between the control and the motor. Pick an outlet near that midpoint, then test the farthest shade from your remote before you finish the install.
How many repeaters can one system use?
Somfy allows a maximum of 2 RTS Repeaters per network. Add a second unit when one repeater still leaves a remote or wall switch short of the farthest motors.
How do I know it is working?
A red LED on the repeater blinks when it passes a command between the control and the motor. Press a button on your remote and watch for the blink to confirm the repeater hears the signal.
