Common questions
What are RippleFold Silent Runners 100% (9027593)?
They are white runners that carry RippleFold draperies at 100% fullness on Somfy motorized drapery tracks. Somfy sells them by the piece from a standard roll of 250.
How do I order the right count?
Order runners one at a time, in the count your track and drapery need. Somfy's standard roll holds 250 runners, and this listing sells them by the piece so you can buy less than a full roll.
Which motors are they listed for?
Somfy lists them with its Glydea ULTRA and Irismo drapery motors. Store examples include the Glydea Ultra 35 RTS Drapery Motor (1246116), the Glydea ULTRA 50 WireFree Zigbee Drapery Motor (1246594) and the Irismo 45 WireFree RTS Drapery Motor (1002353).
Do they come in other fullness ratings?
Yes. The store carries RippleFold Silent Runners in 80% (9027592) and 120% (9027594) white versions. Match the runner to the fullness your drapery fabric was made for.
What warranty do they carry?
Somfy backs the runners with a 5-year warranty. Somfy lists them for interior window coverings and draperies on motorized tracks, and this part number comes in white.
