Search the part number
Every product here carries its Somfy part number in the title and in the URL. If you have the number off a motor label, an old invoice or a Somfy databook, searching it goes straight to the product. That is faster than any filter, and it is the only way to be certain you are looking at the same reference Somfy publishes.
Specifications are verified, not copied
Torque, speed, noise, minimum tube diameter, head type and IP rating on these listings are checked against Somfy's own e-catalog records. Where Somfy publishes a figure and a distributor sheet disagrees, we print Somfy's. Where Somfy publishes nothing, we say so rather than filling the row.
Every listing links its own spec sheet
Product pages carry links to the official Somfy documentation for that reference, and the spec sheet library collects all of them in one place, grouped by motor family. If you are specifying for an architect or an inspector, that is where the source documents live.
The compatibility panel finishes the kit
A motor on its own does not install. The Choose Your Options panel on each motor page names the crown, drive, bracket and adaptor plate that fit that exact reference, plus the remotes and switches that speak its protocol. Wired motors do not list RTS remotes, and Zigbee motors do not list RTS ones.
If a part you expect is missing from that panel, call 859 414 6872. Some combinations Somfy sells are wrong for the head type, and we leave those off on purpose.

I have a failed motor. How do I find the replacement?
Search the part number printed on the motor label, which is the fastest route. If the label is unreadable, the tube's inside diameter and the control type narrow it quickly. Call 859 414 6872 and we will identify it against Somfy's documentation.
Do you sell the crowns, drives and brackets too?
Yes, and that is much of what we do. Every motor listing carries a compatibility panel naming the specific crowns, drives, brackets, tubes, cables and controls that complete that motor, built from Somfy's own documentation.
What warranty comes with Somfy motors?
Somfy motors carry a 5 year warranty. Rechargeable Li-ion battery packs are consumables and are not covered, in the same way as any rechargeable battery.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all 50 states and to 27 countries. International orders are consolidated domestically first and then reshipped by us. Motorized drapery track ships within the United States only.
