What is Ripple Snap Tape?
It is the header tape that attaches RippleFold drapery fabric to the carriers in a Somfy motorized drapery track. A workroom sews it into the panel header, and its snaps click onto the carriers to form the RippleFold wave.
How is the tape sold?
It is sold by the yard, cut from Somfy's 100-yard roll, so you order the yardage your panels need. For large workroom jobs, Somfy offers the full Ripple Snap Tape 100-Yard Roll (1782301).
Which carriers does it snap to?
It snaps to Somfy RippleFold carriers at each fullness: 80% (1780903), 100% (1780902) and 120% (1780901). Choose the carrier that matches the fullness your panels are sewn to.
Which tracks and motors use it?
It works on Somfy Glydea and Irismo drapery tracks. Somfy lists it with Glydea ULTRA and Irismo drapery motors, such as the Glydea Ultra 60 RTS (1246118) and the Irismo 45 WireFree RTS (1002353).
