How do I order engraving?
Use the Customize Buttons builder on the DecoFlex or Smoove product page. The builder adds this line to your order for you, which is why it is not meant to be ordered on its own.
Which products can be engraved?
Somfy DecoFlex keypads and Smoove Pure frames. Choose the keypad or frame first, then run the builder to set the text for each button or frame you want marked.
Can I change or cancel an engraving after ordering?
Engraved buttons and frames are custom made by Somfy and are non-cancellable once the order is placed. Read your text back in the builder before you submit, since each piece is cut to what you enter.
Is engraving counted per button or per keypad?
DecoFlex engraving counts per engraved button. Smoove engraving counts per engraved frame. The builder totals what you select and adds the matching quantity to your order.
What if I want plain buttons instead?
Somfy supplies DecoFlex replacement buttons plain as well as engraved. Order the plain set when you plan to relabel a keypad later or want spares on the shelf for a change of use.
